It was also observed that in light-skinned women, striae appear more often than swarts.
What to do?
Unfortunately, stretch marks, if they already appeared, can be completely eliminated only in cosmetic clinics with the help of special procedures, such as: laser resurfacing, chemical peeling, plastic surgery. However, you can reduce the risk of their appearance and make the strips that have just appeared less noticeable.
For prevention, as well as during the treatment of stretch marks, it is important to monitor the diet. Add to the diet foods rich in protein (meat, legumes) and vitamin E (nuts, unrefined vegetable oils). It is very important not to overeat! Sharp weight gain contributes to this problem.
Skin care is also necessary for prevention. Use special cosmetics for expectant mothers, which is designed taking into account the characteristics of the body of a pregnant and lactating woman. When looking for a suitable cream, pay attention to the composition of the product: it should be as natural as possible, contain various extracts and vegetable (non-mineral!) Oils.
