Exercise should be a regular, simple, non-problematic action. You should do this once or twice a day.

Try a natural laxative. Ask the doctor about aloe, psyllium and other natural medicines. Be wary of a laxative that is dispensed without a prescription – they often cause spasms and addiction.
Leave enough time on the toilet. If you are late for a bus to work and you have only five minutes left, the chance of constipation becomes higher.
Walk on foot or by bike. Physical loads accelerate all processes and cause the body to work.
For heaven’s sake, do not ignore constipation. Are you unhappy about this talk? Try to discuss with your doctor hemorrhoids. It is something like varicose veins around the anus, which can itch, pinch and bleed. Hemorrhoids often occur when you stiffen for a long time with constipation. Regardless of whether you have hemorrhoids or not, I recommend that you use wet wipes in the toilet (you can buy special wet wipes for adults or just wet toilet paper). Do not wipe yourself, but try to gently blot out.
How to deal with diarrhea
Diet of the food. Toasts, rice, apples and bananas are considered “fixing” and can slow things down. And stay away from eating high in fiber, alcohol, caffeine and spicy food.
Drink plenty of water. Diarrhea can lead to dehydration.
Eat yogurts. With diarrhea, the intestine loses useful bacteria, which are necessary for its work. Active yoghurts help to return them.
Usually diarrhea passes by itself, but if it continues for a week continuously, it’s time to see a doctor. If you have stomach pain, persistent loose stools or constipation, spasms, and / or bloating, your doctor can tell you about irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or, as it is sometimes called, “mucus colitis.” 50% of people suffering from IBS, younger than 35 years old and in women it is more common than men. The exact causes of IBS are unknown, but stress increases symptoms. The doctor can prescribe to you a variety of means.
The cause of bloating may again be irritable bowel syndrome. In this case, there is also pain in the abdomen.
Dangerous excess of gases cause dairy products. You have lactose intolerance. Choose those products in which the content of lactose is lowered. Or, before eating them, take the lactose enzyme. If you decide to completely abandon milk, do not forget about other sources of calcium – fleshy green vegetables, broccoli, fish and nuts. You need to take care not only about the stomach and intestines, but also about teeth and bones.
The formation of excess gases can be a signal of dysbacteriosis. At you the microflora of a thick intestine is broken, therefore microbes which have got there, develop these gases.
If swelling and pain appear immediately after taking any food, you most likely have pancreatitis. Check with a doctor.
