Insomnia is a painful condition in which your sleep is disturbed, you do not sleep well and get upset in the mornings. In some cases a person can go crazy or die. An ordinary person should sleep for about nine hours, but there are people with a special nervous system that allows you to get by with less sleep. So, how can we help ourselves and others in case of insomnia?
The first advice is to go in for sports. Physical exercise will reward you with pleasant fatigue and you will fall asleep like a baby. However, it is important not to exercise right before bedtime.
The second way came to us from the Caucasus. There, people before going to bed drinking a couple glasses of fresh goat’s milk. Milk is an excellent natural sleeping pill. Try it yourself.
Take a warm bath with fragrant herbs or aromatic oils before you go to bed. It will relax your body and nervous system, exhausted by life in the urban jungle.
Make yourself or buy a pillow of fragrant herbs. The smell of mint, pine needles, rose petals, valerian, hawthorn will accompany your nightly rest and make it unforgettable. You will feel yourself in the pre-forest, soaked in forest aromas. In this case, keep the pillow in a separate bag so that the smells of herbs quickly do not evaporate and please you as much as possible.
Do not drink coffee and strong tea at night, beware of watching news, horror films. It only overexcites the nervous system and you lose a few hours of precious sleep.
