Slag and toxins accumulated in the body represent a serious threat to health. Therefore, the beginning of autumn is an excellent time for detoxification.
After this procedure, many cosmetic issues are solved by themselves: skin condition improves, nails become stronger, hair gains lively shine.
The method of detoxification can choose any one that is more like. This may be curative fasting, a diet chosen by a specialist specifically for these purposes or even dietary supplements. 1. Lots of water!
Drink at least 8 glasses of purified drinking or artesian water. You can add freshly squeezed lemon juice into it. It contains many vitamins and, in addition, stimulates the burning of fats.

3. Include in your diet radish

4. Grow food yourself or buy only on farmers’ markets
